Virgle Osborne is an Oregon State Representative for the 2nd District in Douglas County, which includes Roseburg, Sutherlin, Glide, and Myrtle Creek, serving since 2023. Born in Roseburg and raised in Winston, he attended Umpqua Community College and built a business career that included management roles at Roseburg Lumber and a Carquest dealership, sales leadership at Franklin International Adhesives, and founding the off-road vehicle business Twin Peaks Off Road. His public service includes the Winston and Douglas County planning commissions, Oregon State Parks OHV committees, and volunteering with and chairing the nonprofit supporting the Douglas County Search and Rescue team.
