A proposed Georgia constitutional amendment authorizing the General Assembly to create a Georgia Next Generation 9-1-1 Fund and dedicate revenue to it, with money in the fund restricted to expanding, maintaining, and operating the state's 9-1-1 emergency response system. It passed the legislature unanimously and was placed on the November 2026 ballot.
