Ballot Measure
Initiative 441 would permit authorized Nebraska racetrack gaming operators to offer sports wagering through Internet platforms to people located in Nebraska. Operators could use up to two platform providers, with in-state servers and commission-approved controls; the commission would issue rules by June 1, 2027.

A YES vote means
The statutory framework for regulated online sports wagering would take effect January 1, 2027, subject to constitutional authorization and commission rules.
A NO vote means
Nebraska law would continue to limit authorized sports wagering to in-person betting or kiosks within licensed racetrack enclosures.
