A YES vote means
Increase required housing funding starting in 2028-29 and extend it through 2058, with limited cuts allowed during budget trouble. More existing tax money would go to housing; this measure adds no tax.
A NO vote means
Keep the current housing-fund formula and its 2043 end date. The city would not have to shift the extra budget money into housing; existing taxes would stay the same.
