Fredrick J. Love is a Democratic member of the Arkansas Senate representing District 15 (parts of Little Rock and Pulaski County), and the 2026 Democratic nominee for Governor. He served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 2011 to 2023 before his election to the state Senate in 2022, and would be Arkansas's first Black governor if elected. He won the March 2026 Democratic gubernatorial primary with about 81%.
