Ballot Measure
Supports: Anti-Corruption, Corporate Accountability, Government Efficiency
Adds a County Financial Transparency section requiring public, searchable, downloadable access without a fee to legally available county financial information, including funding purposes, amounts, recipients, agreement terms, responsible departments, budget lines, and permissible audit or oversight findings. Implementation may be phased and should use existing or modernized systems while minimizing duplicate reporting.

A YES vote means
A yes vote adds the financial-transparency mandate to Article 6 and requires the county to publish the specified information when reasonably practicable.
A NO vote means
A no vote leaves the charter without the proposed searchable and downloadable financial-transparency requirement, while existing disclosure laws and county practices remain in place.
