Amends the Colorado Constitution to dedicate more state revenue from transportation-related sources to road transportation, including roads, bridges, driver safety, planning and engineering costs, and the Colorado State Patrol, while reducing funding available for other transportation-related services and programs.

A yes vote adopts the constitutional transportation-funding dedication for road transportation and related uses.
A NO vote means
A no vote rejects the constitutional dedication and leaves current transportation revenue allocation rules unchanged.
