Proposition C would amend four sections of the St. Louis County Charter. It would align the rule for setting elected officials' compensation with the Missouri Constitution and change the stated end date for certain vacancy successors from the second to the first Tuesday in January for County Executive, Prosecuting Attorney, and Assessor.

A yes vote would adopt the compensation-timing update and the three vacancy-term date corrections in Ordinance 29,591.
