MSD of Decatur Township's eight-year operating referendum would repeal the referendum levy approved in 2019 and replace it with a levy of up to $0.2690 per $100 of assessed value, capped at $9,000,000 annually. The #Decatur Community and School Improvement Program would fund student transportation, utilities, school safety and security, building maintenance, and support services. For a median $250,000 residence, the estimated annual tax increase is $306.
