Ballot Measure
Honolulu would create an Office of ʻŌiwi Resources and Cultural Stewardship inside the Mayor's Office to coordinate care for Native Hawaiian cultural and natural resources. It would also create a Cultural Advisory Council and require yearly reports to the mayor and council.
