Akron Issue 13 would amend Charter Section 68a to change the Citizens' Police Oversight Board's composition and appointment process, establish response procedures and deadlines for recommendations from the Office of the Independent Police Auditor, and expressly authorize that office to subpoena records and compel testimony.
