The referendum would replace Westfield Washington Schools' expiring operating referendum for up to eight years with a maximum rate of $0.3941 per $100 of assessed value and maximum annual revenue of $38 million. Funds would support staff retention, class sizes, school resource officers, counselors, social workers, mental-health support, academic programs, transportation, and other operations.
