This referendum would authorize Arlington County to issue up to $20,745,000 in general-obligation bonds to design, expand, improve, and renovate the Water Pollution Control Plant and county water and sewer systems. Planned uses include Washington Aqueduct improvements, water-main replacement, water-tank rehabilitation, and Trades Center equipment and improvements.
