Changes Colorado law to prohibit health-care professionals or other persons from performing, prescribing, administering, or providing surgery to a minor for the purpose of altering the minor biological sex characteristics, and bars use of public funds, Medicaid reimbursement, or insurance coverage for that type of surgery.
