Marilyn Zayas is a judge of Ohio's First District Court of Appeals, former private-practice attorney, and the 2026 Democratic candidate for the Ohio Supreme Court term beginning January 1, 2027. She became Ohio's first Latina appellate judge and has served by assignment on multiple appellate districts.
