Jack Johnson is the Republican Tennessee state senator for District 27 and the Senate Republican Leader. The Tennessee General Assembly lists him as a Senate member from the 105th through 114th General Assemblies, vice-chair of the Senate Calendar Committee, and a member of the Commerce and Labor, Finance, Ethics, and Joint Ways and Means committees. He is a Texas State University education graduate and small-business owner first elected to the Senate in 2006.
