Jon Ossoff is the Democratic incumbent U.S. Senator from Georgia, seeking a second term in 2026. Elected in the January 2021 runoff that flipped Senate control, he is a former investigative-documentary film executive and congressional aide. A Georgetown and LSE graduate, he has focused on anti-corruption and oversight work in the Senate. He ran unopposed in the May 2026 Democratic primary and faces Republican U.S. Representative Mike Collins in November.
