  • Voted yes as the Nevada Assembly passed Senate Bill 5 by 37 to 0, with no votes against. The law set up a state grant program to pay for projects that ease shortages of health care workers. It ordered the Nevada Health Authority to study the state's health care needs every two years. It also sped up the approval of new doctors and made it easier for pharmacists to give vaccines. The Assembly took only this one recorded vote on the bill before it was signed and sent on.

  • Voted no on a plan to write mail-ballot rules into the Nevada Constitution (Senate Joint Resolution 1). The plan would require each county clerk to mail a ballot to every active registered voter, within set weeks before the election. A voter could opt out by telling the clerk in writing. Every early voting site and Election Day polling place would have to accept mail ballots handed in while voting is going on. In the three days before a primary or general election, clerks would run drop-off sites open at least eight hours a day. The Assembly passed the resolution 26-9 on November 19, 2025.
