Brian Fernandez is the Democratic Arizona state senator for Legislative District 23. A sixth-generation Arizonan raised in Yuma, he earned a degree from Arizona State University, founded and sold constituent-communications software company Symfodium, and was appointed to the Arizona House in 2021 before winning election to the Senate.
