Justin Allen Clayton is a Los Angeles County Deputy Public Defender running for Superior Court Judge, Office No. 65. Licensed since 2012 and with about 14 years in the county Public Defender's Office, he serves as Deputy in Charge of the office's Inglewood branch, supervising and training attorneys. He has tried dozens of criminal cases, including three life-exposure cases, and has represented clients in more than 1,000 adult matters and hundreds of juvenile matters. He led the June 2026 primary with 36.69% and faces Deputy County Counsel Anna Slotky Reitano in the November runoff.
