Kerry E. Roberts is the Republican Tennessee state senator for District 23 and vice-chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He also serves on the Senate Education and State and Local Government committees. Roberts first entered the Senate in a 2011 special election and has since won election in 2014, 2018, and 2022. A Lipscomb University graduate, he is a certified public accountant, small-business owner, and former adjunct business faculty member who also served as president and chairman of the National Bicycle Dealers Association.
