Jillian Gilchrest has represented the 18th District of West Hartford in the Connecticut General Assembly since 2018 and is House Chair of the Human Services Committee. She previously served as Executive Director of NARAL Pro-Choice Connecticut and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work.
