A federal judge decided without a trial that Weber County violated two men’s constitutional rights through the Ogden Trece gang injunction. That court order restricted where they could go and who they could be with, and they got no chance to contest being labeled gang members. Allred defended the effort as county attorney, and the judge wrote that he had reason to question Allred’s credibility.
