Diana H. Perez is the Vancouver City Council member for Seat 3. She has worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture for three decades in roles including biologist, forest fisheries program manager, acting district ranger, and deputy monument manager at Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument. She earned a bachelor's degree in wildlife management from Texas Tech University and a master's degree in fisheries science from Oregon State University.
