Floyd Prozanski

Floyd Prozanski is an Oregon State Senator for the 4th District, which includes Springfield, parts of Eugene, and rural Lane County, serving since 2003 after earlier stints in the Oregon House in the 1990s and 2003. He chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Senate Committee on Conduct. A lawyer by profession, he earned a B.S. from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law, worked as a municipal prosecutor and assistant district attorney in Lane County, and still works as a prosecutor when the Legislature is not in session. He lives in Eugene with his wife and is an avid cyclist and home brewer.
