Chris Frulla serves as the Division III judge of the Shelby County Circuit Court in Tennessee's 30th Judicial District. Governor Bill Lee appointed him to the court in August 2025. Before joining the bench, Frulla was a partner at Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, and he earned degrees from the College of Charleston and the University of Memphis law school.
