Walter 'Walt' Blackman is the Republican incumbent in Arizona House District 7. A 21-year U.S. Army veteran and Bronze Star recipient, he was the first African American Republican elected to Arizona state office in 2018 and has chaired the House Judiciary Committee. He is running in the July 2026 primary.
