Paul Seo is a Democratic candidate for California's 66th State Assembly District (South Bay Los Angeles) in the 2026 general election, an open-seat top-two contest against fellow Democrat Sara Deen. A U.S. Army veteran and Deputy Attorney General who formerly prosecuted felonies for the Los Angeles County District Attorney, he serves on the Rancho Palos Verdes City Council and as its Mayor.
