Russ Fulcher is the Republican U.S. Representative for Idaho's 1st Congressional District, first elected in 2018 and serving since 2019. A fourth-generation Idahoan raised on a dairy farm in Meridian, he earned bachelor's and master's degrees in business from Boise State University and spent 24 years in the high-technology industry, including at Micron Technology. Before Congress he served in the Idaho State Senate from 2005 to 2014.
