She questioned the accuracy of the recount and the inclusion of ballots that surfaced during it, and asked for a hand recount. She named the Ada County clerk, the county prosecutor, and her opponent, Alexis Pickering. A judge dismissed the challenge later that month, finding county officials had followed Idaho's recount rules.
